A community dedicated to yoga wellness in Michigan
At Red Lotus Yoga we believe yoga is for EveryBody. We offer classes from beginner to advanced. We also believe the physical part of yoga (Asana) is one aspect of yoga while the philosophy is the other. With RYT certified teachers, you will enjoy the challenge and benefit of the poses as well as the ancient wisdom used to transform ones life.
If you think you are too inflexible for yoga...It's like saying you are too dirty to take a bath! Yoga can help increase flexibility, stamina, strength and peace of mind.
We’ve been teaching yoga and teacher training since 2003 and take pride in the wide and varied offerings we bring to the community.
Our teacher training program runs twice a year. It is RYT certified with the Yoga Alliance.
Our entire staff is RYT certified with areas of expertise ranging from Ashtanga to flow yoga styles including restorative, Gentle and Yin.
Our center is also home to four wonderful massage therapists who help you complete your stress relief efforts. We also offer workshops including:

The practice of Yoga is like peeling back the layers of an onion. The more you practice the deeper you go. Pretty soon you begin to practice yoga off the mat, meaning you integrate yoga into your life. Practice with us and watch your life transform.

From my first to my last day, your program continuously expanded my mind and capabilities. It fostered my independent learning and provided a supportive community for growth.
