Setting intentions are easy...keeping them, not so much.
Try these three simple steps to help suggested by coach Chris Sarris.
1. Feel the intention in your heart...what would it feel like to achieve your goal?  What would the intention bring to your life?
2. Keep it realistic and simple. Deep inside you know if this is achievable. Get quiet enough to listen.  If there is no alignment, you will have a harder time.
3. Have some fun keeping it! Fun can be in the reward of success, bringing a friend along on your journey or simply having a bit of fun making it happen!
I hope you have the most amazing year!

About Teacher Training

From my first to my last day, your program continuously expanded my mind and capabilities. It fostered my independent learning and provided a supportive community for growth. Thank you for taking the time and energy to share your knowledge, sending more conscious people into the world. I am excited for this next step in life-long learning of yoga and of life.
