Have you ever heard of Maitri, karuna, mudita upeksha?
These are the four Infinite Thoughts.
Kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity

I like to think we can practice this on the mat, in an effort to practice off the mat.

While on the mat be kind to yourself. Give yourself your practice without injury.  Be compassionate with yourself and do not compete with others or participate negative self talk. Be joyful about your practice for all it will bring...especially in challenging poses.  Approach the poses with equanimity an equal amount of love for each pose, especially plank, boat and pigeon pose:)

Take the Four Infinite Thoughts with you all day and as you treat yourself with greater kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity, so will you treat others:)
