Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga connects breath with movement. Linking your breath with each pose creates a smoothly flowing and almost dance-like flow. Every class is different, since every instructor brings his or her own vision to each class. Vinyasa has both mental and physical benefits. Physically, sweat expels toxins and re-energizes your body. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout your body.

If you like to focus on the power of breathing and flowing movement through poses, you will enjoy the Vinyasa style.

Slow Flow Vinyasa involves holding each pose for several breaths initially, then following with the sequence flowing one breath, one movement.

Hot Vinyasa increases the duration of the class as well as the temperature in the room. More challenging poses with increased energy makes this class a favorite!
