Susi Pacitto

E-RYT® 200, YACEP®
AIREAL 50HR (Certified by Yoga Alliance)

I have been practicing yoga for 12(+) years. What initially started out as a stress reliever from moving back to Michigan, starting a new job, with a long commute & long hours, I found a halfway point Yoga Studio which I thought could help ease the insane rush hour drive. And Wow, it was a Hot Vinyasa Class…. My First Yoga Class Ever! 50 plus sweaty people, loud music, incredible concentration, balance and strength at every glance…. I was hooked and wanted to understand more.

Practicing regularly became my outlet. It improved my well-being, my stamina, strength and overall outlook on my new adventure.

The more years I practiced the more I knew I wanted to teach. I received my RYT 200 Jan/2018 and already had a 50 HR Aireal Training Certification and began teaching right away.

I try to put my heart into every class and find true happiness in teaching. I want you to experience the heart beat of your practice, open the pathways of positive energy that exist within you and to explore what is possible just because you showed up.

When something can have such a profound impact on everything around you it is worth sharing.

Susi Pacitto instructs the following:
  • Yin Yoga LIVESTREAM
  • Yin Yoga is a quiet and simple practice. It works deeply into your body. It targets your deepest tissues, your connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones and the deep fascia networks of the body — rather than the muscles. The poses are done either seated, reclining or on your stomach and are often held for 3-5 minutes. It practiced in a cool room about 72 degrees with plenty of support from the teacher.
You get all the stretching without all the hard work

  • Vinyasa Yoga LIVESTREAM
