Twice a year we offer a Yoga Teacher Training at Red Lotus Yoga and a mindfulness retreat is part of their training.
However this retreat is open to the public and many people come to retreat for the reasons above and much much more.
What you will experience is the peace that comes from silence. Your ability to listen to your higher self. Your ability to feel and sense your environment without the background noise from your life. The time to sit, do yoga, read a book without something else you have to check off your list for the day.
Retreat is a powerful way to reset your life, change your world view and often get the rest you need to embrace your life with a more open mind and heart.
